You can Position it in other planets orbits or eartb orbit. The Skyhook is best Placed in 50-100km Orbit and should be operrated with -No collision on- due to its size. You can Accelerate/Deccelerate your craft 1000-2000m/s. mall rockets will launch faster. Have fun
